Residents
We accept both online and offline forms of payment. When paying online, create an account in our Resident Portal and add a method of payment. We accept credit, debit, and ACH. Paying online allows for convenient and quick payments.
For those who would like to pay offline, we accept checks and money orders.
We are a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome. There is a maximum of two pets per home. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300. An additional charge of $50/mo/cat and $75/mo/dog will be added to your monthly bill. We have breed restrictions which include:

- Staffordshire Terrier
- Doberman Pinscher
- Rottweiler
- Presa Canarios
- Akita
- Alaskan Malamute
- Wolf-Hybrid

Yes, we love to host. Please contact the Leasing Center for rates and availability.
Log in to our Resident Portal to file a maintenance request. On the left-hand side, there is a button labeled ‘submit a work order’. From there, you can submit all the details to your work order including urgency and when the team can visit.
Please call the leasing center using the phone number on our website. When connected, you will have the option to be routed to our after-hours maintenance emergency hotline.
Parking is available for residents for an additional charge of $100/mo. EV parking is available for an additional $175/mo.

Parking in Little Tokyo offers a mix of street parking and municipal lots. Arrive Wakaba provides dedicated parking for residents, reducing the typical urban parking challenges. The neighborhood features multiple parking structures and metered street parking, with various options to accommodate residents and visitors. Check current parking rates and availability with the Los Angeles Department of Transportation.
Residents at Arrive Wakaba enjoy convenient access to diverse grocery options, including Little Tokyo Marketplace, Marukai Market, Ralphs Fresh Fare, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods Market, all within a mile radius of home.
